Another great workshop at Whitechapel gallery with Gainsborough School. The pupils were inspired by the current exhibition Electronic Superhighway to create their own electronic, programmable artwork with Machido.
This involved learning about controlling LED lights and servo motors using micro-controllers and basic programming logic. The projects were brought together with plenty of art materials to create moving, flashing artwork that came to life!
“I really liked making art with technology! It was so fun and amazing!”
“Today I looked around the Gallery for ideas to make my own art, I saw some weird stuff then I did some of my own art using technology.”
